ELATION AND DEPRESSION

The soul is a medium which carries the conscience and the memory.The body and soul are two different entities but live as co-hosts.The soul houses the body and the body houses the soul.There often exists a master-slave relationship between the body and the soul ,depending upon our control factors, the former or the later can gain control.Out of the two, the greater entity is the soul -which knows right and wrong but the body also influences the decisionsof the system.The body always tries to pull the entire system towards earth(bad control factor) and the soul tries to pull the system towards the sky(god control factor).Therefore the soul with a stronger conscience has a better chance at influencing the sytem towards the sky.

Elation and depression are two logic conditions of the system.While experiencing depression the system is under the influence of the body which is pulling the system towards the bad control factor of earth, causing the soul to shrink to a small corner in the body, preferably the center-the heart which is a safe abode away from the peripheral environment , shrinking/concentration of the soul to a smaller area(usually spread to a greater extent ) causes a pressure to develop inside the heart in other words the feeling is usually expressed as a heavy heart.Depression is easy to experience.

Elation is the experiencing the full zest of the positive sky factor ,the system as mentioned comes under the influence of the soul .during this the system cuts off the influence of the body ,the soul becomes the master but priority is given to crisis arising from the body(but the body continues normal function involuntarily).the soul expands in the body ,spreading wide even beyond the periphery thus causing elation, thus releasing itself from the body by capturing it ,now the soul houses the body and is one with it in complete harmony.The process has a positive feedback increasing elation exponentially over time.Elation is best experienced when the soul is about to and reaches the peripheral tips of the body.The connection with earth is lost.Elation is difficult to obtain,the external factors leading to elation are many like spiritualliy,stage of near completion of a challenge ,etc,.
